| What is Required for my pets stay?
1. Vaccinations (bring verification from your vet or have it faxed over ahead of time)
A. Dogs must have current Rabies, Dhpp, Bordatella and flee/tick treatment.
B. Cats must have current Rabies, FVRC, FELV and flee/tick treatment.
2. Current Vet Name, address and contact phone number in case of emergency.
3. An emergency contact number while you are away.
We can take care of everything else.

Dogs
1 - 30 pounds $20.00/day
31 - 70 pounds $22.00/day
71 - 100 pounds $25.00/day
101 & up $30.00/day
Cats
$16.00/day
Birds
$6.00/day (you bring cage and food)
A second pet in the same kennel receives a $2.00/day discount
Charges begin the day of check-in regardless of time.
Check out by 10:00 am will not have boarding charges for that day.
Check out after 10:00 am will be charged a full day regardless of time at pick up.
Pets groomed on check out day will not incurr a boarding charge for check out day regardless of pick up time.

What if my pet is on Medication?
For the care and protection of your pet, NO animal is accepted with a contagious disease.
Oral (by mouth) medications are given at no additional cost.
Eye & skin medications as well as injectibles are an additional $2.00 per day effective July 1, 2007
What if my pet is on a special diet?
Elite Kennels feeds a premium quality dog kibble available in several formats such as puppy, senior, lamb, chicken. However, should you wish to bring your dogs regular diet we are happy to feed your supplied foods. Normal kibble or kibble with canned is no extra charge. However, if your special pet has a special diet that requires extra time for things such as chopping of vegetables, cooking with meats and or gravy or basically something that requires extra time from our kennel chef there will be a $2.00 per day charge effective July 1, 2007

Elite Contract
1. We agree to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep these kennel premises sanitary and property enclosed. The pet is to be fed properly and regularly, and to be housed in clean, safe quarters.
2. All pets are boarded, groomed, trained or otherwise cared for by this staff without liability on our part for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons, other pets, or property by said pet, or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.
3. If a pet, which is presented for boarding &/or grooming, is found to have fleas and/or ticks, it will be bathed and medicated at the owner's expense.
4. If the pet becomes seriously ill, the owner or designee shall be notified at once if possible. If the owner or designee does not inform immediately or is not able to be reached regarding measures to be taken, or if the state of the pet's health reasonably demands quick action, we shall have the right to call a veterinarian, as designated or if no veterinarian is designated, to call a veterinarian of our choice or take the pet to said veterinarian in either case; or administer medicine or give other advisable attention, within our discretion and judgement, and such expenses, being reasonable in amount shall be paid promptly by the owner of the pet.
